About Us

Our History

Blue Line Design and Construction, Inc. was founded on the principles of teamwork, integrity and commitment.

Blue Line was founded by Vietnam Combat Veteran, Tino Ojeda, Sr., an electrical engineer, in 1987. Together with his son, Mr. Ojeda began performing small projects with attention to detail and quality service. Today, Blue Line has grown significantly and has successfully constructed, managed, remodeled, and designed millions of square feet of commercial space for satisfied clients.

“Our reputation is our most valuable asset.”

-Tino Ojeda, Sr. Founder & Engineer

Core Values

Integrity

Blue Line has the highest ethical standards in the industry. “We Build with Integrity” is not just our motto, it’s our core value and what separates us from other companies. We strive to maintain our reputation as a trusted source of quality work with every project we take on.

Family

As a family owned and operated business, we hold fast to the values taught to us by our fathers who have gone before.  These are to work hard and to value people. That is why our customers become family to us.  We still have our very first customer (Carnicerias Jimenez) and continue to do major projects for that customer every year.

Commitment

We are committed to bringing the highest quality work in the most economical way in the timeliest fashion to every one of our esteemed customers. Our quality control measures exceed industry standards and are designed to catch problems before they become issues and make them opportunities to demonstrate our expertise.   We will work closely with you to meet any budget.  As a result of our vast experience and the relationships with our subcontractors, we know that our prices are the most competitive in the area.  Blue Line knows that every minute your project is under construction it translates into lost revenue to you.  That is why prior to the commencement of any project we generate an easy to follow calendar schedule that shows step by step what to expect and when.  We do this so you can be completely in control of your project and so you can be fully cognizant of the project’s impact upon your organization.

Respect

Our definition of the word respect is ‘to value’. We value our customers, our employees, their families, and you! This is most tangibly expressed in our uncompromising stance on project safety.  We take the utmost care in protecting your building, your personnel and your customers especially in a scenario where we are working in an open store or location.
